  • Any delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control, but we will provide full support in tracking your order.

Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable or incorrect address details, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping if the package is returned to us.
